Emily Johnston is a highly experienced professional with a background in strategic and business development, particularly in training and leadership programs. As Co-Founder of Unity Effect since September 2017, Emily has led the design and facilitation of various training initiatives and has been integral in developing the organization's service portfolio and marketing strategies. Previous roles include Project Officer at the Tasmanian Council of Social Service, where Emily contributed to social research projects, and Lead Guide at the Tasmanian Walking Company, responsible for guest management in wilderness settings. Emily's diverse experience is complemented by a Bachelor of Social Science in Environmental Studies from RMIT University and international study at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
