Miguel Cruz y Celis Ehlinger is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business strategy, consulting, and leadership across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Managing Partner for Integralis Consulting Group in Mexico since August 2020, Miguel has been instrumental in the growth and operational strategy of the subsidiary. As Socio Director at xnova and a mentor at Unreasonable México, Miguel focuses on business strategy, commercial models, and startup coaching. Previously, Miguel held various high-level positions at SAP from 1995 to 2010, including VP of Portfolio Industries and President and General Director for Mexico and Central America, contributing significantly to revenue growth and operational success.
