Megan Snyder has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Megan currently holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Portfolio Management at Unitus Community Credit Union, where they lead organizational level initiatives and presents strategy and vision to the board. Before this, they served as the AVP of Strategic Partnerships, where they managed all strategic partnerships and led community development and financial education teams. Prior to that, Megan was the AVP of Loan Operations, where they strategically led multiple teams and created new loan products to achieve loan growth goals. Megan also has experience as a Loan Operations & Loan Servicing Manager, where they effectively collaborated across the organization to improve processes and reduce FTE hours. Earlier in their career, Megan worked as a Bankruptcy Manager at IBM Seterus, where they managed a team and implemented new processes to reduce losses. Megan also has experience as an Operations Manager at AdExchanger, where they oversaw vendor contracts, managed marketing calendars, and organized company conferences. Additionally, Megan worked at IBM Seterus as a Manager of Loss Mitigation, where they achieved top-performing results and managed outsource vendors. Prior to that, they held the position of REO Asset Manager & Closer, where they negotiated offers and executed contracts for mortgage properties. Megan also has experience as a Senior Credit Manager at Wells Fargo and as a Financial Services Representative at First Investors. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, implemented process improvements, and achieved outstanding results in various roles.
Megan Snyder obtained a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature as well as a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Oregon in 2005. Megan also earned a Minor in Business Administration and Management during the same period. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Management, specializing in Strategic Innovation, at The University of Alabama, with an expected completion date in 2023.
