Jeff Sears is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in network engineering and application support. With a career spanning over two decades, Jeff currently serves as the IT Application Support Manager at Unitus Community Credit Union, a role held since April 2011, following earlier positions within the organization including IT Application Support Assistant Manager and Senior Network Engineer. Prior to this, Jeff was a Senior Network Engineer at West Coast Bank, leading the Network Operations team across multiple states and earning recognition as part of Oregon’s 100 Best Companies to Work for. Jeff's foundational experience includes various roles at Unitus Community Credit Union and a Computer Support Specialist position at the University of Portland, where proficiency in network administration and support was developed. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Science from the University of Portland.
