Jaideep Kumbhare has extensive experience in technology leadership within the financial services sector, currently serving as the Head of Technology (CIO) for Citi in Hong Kong since February 2014. Previously, Jaideep held multiple senior roles at Citi, including Director of Equities & Securities Services Production Management for the Asia Pacific region and Senior Vice President of Equities & Securities Services Production. Prior to Citi, Jaideep worked at Barclays Capital as Assistant Vice President in Liquid Markets Technology and at Goldman Sachs as Technical Support Lead in Cash Equities Middle Office Technology. Jaideep began a career in technology at DHL as a Programmer in Shipment Tracking Technology. Jaideep holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Polymers from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology, earned between 2000 and 2004.
