Midhun Kandoth has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Midhun started their career as a Junior Software Engineer at Uroleaf Technologies in August 2013. After working there for over a year, they joined Marlabs Inc. in November 2014 as a Software Developer. At Marlabs, they developed a web application to provision and manage heterogeneous cloud environments, specifically AWS, Windows Azure, and Openstack. Midhun also gained hands-on experience with Docker and developed a Python library to manage Docker, which was open sourced. Midhun worked at Marlabs until June 2017.

In June 2017, they moved on to UnitedLayer, where they initially worked as a Software Engineer for a year before being promoted to the role of Senior Software Engineer. Midhun held this position from June 2018 to December 2019. Currently, Midhun is serving as an Associate Software Architect at UnitedLayer, a position they have held since January 2020.

From 2009 to 2013, Midhun Kandoth attended the Federal Institute of Science And Technology (FISAT) in Angamaly, Eranakulam, Kerala, India. Midhun pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in the field of Computer Science And Engineering during this time.
