Megan Doster has a diverse range of work experience in the field of marketing and brand management. Megan most recently worked as an Associate Director of Fan Engagement for the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee. Prior to that, they worked as a Director of Marketing and Brand for a consultancy firm. Megan also has experience as a Marketing Director for PromoWest Productions and as a Management Consultant for MLSE. Earlier in their career, they held roles as a Senior Marketing Manager for Global Spectrum, an Assistant Marketing Manager for Comcast-Spectacor, and an Assistant Marketing Manager for Florida Citrus Sports. Megan began their career with internships at Ohio University Athletics, Turnkey Sports & Entertainment, and the Cincinnati Reds. Throughout their various roles, Megan has demonstrated skills in developing diverse communication strategies, managing agency relationships, negotiating deals, conducting customer research, and implementing marketing channels.
Megan Doster completed their education with a focus on Business Analytics at The Wharton School, from which they graduated in 2019. Prior to that, they attended Ohio University from 2005 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a specialization in Public Relations. During their time at Ohio University, they also pursued additional studies in Marketing and Sociology. In terms of certifications, Megan obtained the Emerging Leaders certification from WISE (Women in Sports and Events, Inc.) in November 2021, and completed the course "The Science of Well-Being" on Coursera in June 2020.
