Ann E. Fangman, EMBA, is the President of Property Scope, Inc. since April 2021, leading a self-performing real estate support group with in-house licensed technicians. Concurrently, Fangman serves as a Realtor at United Real Estate Louisville since July 2018, utilizing a background that includes an Executive MBA from Bellarmine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Louisville. Previous experience includes roles at Brown-Forman as a Supply Chain Integration Process Analyst and International Supply Chain Specialist, alongside positions in human resources at Galen College of Nursing and as a Sales Associate at Discoveries. Fangman also brings military experience from nine years in the USAF, where responsibilities included personnel training and safety procedures. Additionally, Fangman owns ZAZU Jewelry, a business focused on handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces.
