Dana Lukens has an extensive work experience in supply chain and logistics. They are currently the Vice President of North America Supply Chain at United Malt since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Supply Chain and Logistics at United Malt from February 2022 to November 2022. They also held various roles at Emerald Performance Materials, including Director of Global Order Fulfillment from February 2019 to January 2022, Head of European Supply Chain from August 2019 to May 2020, and Director of Global Logistics from February 2016 to February 2019. Before that, Dana worked at Nexeo Solutions, LLC as the Manager of Supply Chain Business Process Improvement from September 2015 to February 2016, and as the Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation Manager from April 2014 to September 2015. They also had roles at GE Healthcare, GE, and U.S. Army, gaining experience in logistics, operations management, and leadership.
Dana Lukens began their education at Bucknell University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from 2000 to 2004. After that, from 2004 to 2006, they attended the DEFENSE LANGUAGE INSTITUTE FOREIGN LANGUAGE CENTER to pursue Korean Studies. Later, they enrolled at Hawaii Pacific University, where they obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration from 2008 to 2011.
In addition to their formal education, Dana Lukens has also obtained various certifications. In January 2019, they became a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner through Prosci. In May 2018, they completed the Supply Chain Logistics Executive Management Seminar at Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business. Lastly, in November 2017, they attended the Negotiation Workshop offered by American Securities.
