Kevin Park has been working in customer service and quality assurance for over 8 years. Kevin started their career in the US Navy as a Cryptologic Technician, providing computer and network support for Department of Defense networks. Kevin then transitioned to working in customer service for Nextiva and Ring. In their current role as Operations Manager for United Maintenance, Kevin is responsible for managing a team of customer service reps who handle maintenance requests for commercial and residential properties in the Carolinas. Kevin is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all of their team's customers are satisfied with the work that they receive.
They are on a team with Jane Lee - Founding Partner & Chairman, Reggie Brezeault - Director of Operations, Charlotte, and Marco Re - Senior District Manager, Raleigh. Their manager is Hazel Lee, Partner & CEO.
