Mike Kozan is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and operations within the retail sector. Currently serving as an Area Manager at UFA since February 2015, Mike leads various roles including Manager of Petroleum Operations and Stream Lead for Dynamics 365 ERP implementation, focusing on operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the UFA retail network. Prior experience includes positions as District Manager and Area Manager at West 49, where Mike successfully maximized sales and customer service, as well as a Product Manager role at Forzani Group, overseeing product development and merchandising. Mike began their career as a Buyer/General Manager at Skaters Sport Shop and has educational credentials from Rocky Mountain College and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
