Lynn Berrouard has extensive experience in IT support and technical analysis, currently serving as an IT Technical Analyst in End User Support at UFA Co-operative Ltd since November 2009. Prior to this role, Lynn worked at Hewlett-Packard from 2001 to October 2009 as a Security Administration & Support Specialist and Helpdesk Focal. Lynn's career also includes positions at Compaq Managed Services as a Helpdesk Analyst in the Second Level and Technical Advisor Group from 1998 to 2001, and as a Helpdesk Analyst at Digital Corporation from 1997 to 1998. Earlier experience includes supporting mortgages at CIBC Mortgages from 1994 to 1997 and providing technical support at INTRIA from 1981 to 1994, where responsibilities included ATM Technical Support and Network & HelpDesk for CIBC Branches.
