Angie Rothrock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer order management and sales support. Currently serving as Customer Order Manager at United CoolAir since November 2021, Angie also held the role of Sales & Marketing Administrator. Prior to this, Angie was the National Accounts Order and Applications Specialist at Dehumidified Air Solutions from January 2020 to November 2021 and worked at PoolPak LLC from July 2013 to January 2020 in sales and order review. Angie began a career in customer service at MetLife as a Receptionist from October 2006 to September 2011, focusing on customer support and service paperwork processing. Angie holds an Associate's degree in Computerized Accounting from YTI Career Institute, completed between 1995 and 1997, and attended Philadelphia University from 1992 to 1994.
