Paweł Gendosz has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Paweł started their career as an Intern - Junior Network Specialist at Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeniowe Europa Wroclaw in 2017. In 2018, they worked as an IT System Administrator at Sąd Apelacyjny we Wrocławiu for a brief period. Later that year, they joined Divante as an IT Administrator, where they managed multi-systems and gained expertise in troubleshooting, device access control, encryption control, and software knowledge for various systems. Paweł also had experience in VMware Workspace One UEM/Access, device enrollment, and security policy management. Paweł is currently working at Unit8 as an IT Operations Engineer, starting in 2022.

Paweł Gendosz obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics from the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business from the years 2015 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. In July 2019, Paweł received the Eset: Security Management Center Administrator certificate from VIDA IT. The following month, in August 2019, they received the FortiGate "Forti Effective Day" certificate, also from VIDA IT. Most recently, in September 2020, Paweł obtained a certification in Network Security (Penetration testing) from Niebezpiecznik.pl.
