John P Haggerty has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the information technology field. In 1999, they started as an Application Engineer at Dialogic, where they worked for six months before transitioning to Intel. At Intel, they held the position of Technical Marketing Engineer for seven years, during which they also served as the Worldwide Lab Manager for Support Services. John P was responsible for managing a server support lab, handling escalated customer issues, and collaborating with senior system engineers from HP and Dell. In 2006, they returned to Dialogic as the Worldwide Lab Manager and Technical Marketing Engineer, where they managed Alpha/Beta test programs, handled customer issues, and played a key role in the implementation of the Dialogic InCloud9 virtual training lab. John P continued in this role until 2013. Following this, John worked at BurstNET Technologies as a NOC Technical Engineer for six months before joining The Princeton Review as a Supervisor/Team Lead and Senior Support Agent. John P was later promoted within the company, where they remained until 2016. In 2015, John also started their own IT company, Tech67, as the Owner/President. Currently, they are the Director of Information Technology at Kolmar USA, a position they assumed in 2021.
John P Haggerty began their formal education at Westfield Senior High School in Westfield, NJ, where they completed their high school education from 1982 to 1985. Following this, they attended East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1995 to 1999, where they attained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
