Vasiliki Georgila has held various roles in the field of HR and IT recruitment. Vasiliki started their career as an Intern - IT International Recruiter at Astek International in July 2019 and continued in this role until September 2019. Vasiliki then worked as an IT International Recruiter at Astek International from October 2019 to January 2020. Following that, Vasiliki joined iTechScope as an IT Recruiter from February 2020 to December 2020. In January 2021, they joined Uni Systems as an HR International IT Recruiter. Prior to their recruitment roles, Vasiliki worked as an HR Generalist - Psychologist at a day care center for people with special needs from February 2018 to February 2019.

Vasiliki Georgila completed their education in a chronological order. Vasiliki first obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Patras, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, which they completed between 2013 and 2017. Following their undergraduate studies, Vasiliki enrolled at the Athens University of Economics and Business, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management in 2019. Alongside their formal education, Vasiliki also obtained additional certifications. In 2015, they completed a course on Clinical Psychopathology at the Research University of Mental Health. In 2016, they received psychoanalytic training in group dynamics from the Hellenic Society for Psychoanalytic Group Psychotherapy. Lastly, in 2017, they received training in Systematic Psychotherapy and Family Therapy from the Therapeutic and Training Institute "Antistixi".
