Chrysa Paschali is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MarineTraffic since December 2021, responsible for managing the entire Talent Acquisition process, collaborating with hiring managers, developing job descriptions, and conducting candidate screenings and interviews. Prior to MarineTraffic, Chrysa served as a Senior Advisor and then Advisor in Executive Search and Selection at KPMG Greece, managing end-to-end search engagements to attract top talent for various clients. Chrysa also worked as an International Recruitment Specialist at UniSystems, focusing on sourcing IT professionals for European projects, and provided administrative support during a volunteer role at METAdrasi, assisting departments that aid refugees. Chrysa holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Athens University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences.
