Susy Castellanos started their work experience in 2001 as a Senior Client Services Manager at Willis Towers Watson. Susy held this position until August 2017. In September 2017, they joined UNIRISC as the Senior Vice President of Client Services, where they are currently employed.

Susy Castellanos holds a Master's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidad Rafael Landívar.
