In 2005, they took the role of Enforcement Specialist at Supportkids, where they collected over $3 million in past due child support. In 2009, they became an Accountant for Peak Performers Austin. In 2010, they started their own business, Flower Child Design, as Owner. In 2015, they began working at BedandBreakfast.com, where they held various roles such as INTERM MANAGER, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, BILLING SUPERVISOR, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, TEAM LEAD, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, and BILLING SPECIALIST, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. In 2019, they began working at eviivo as N.A. CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER, where they were responsible for managing a team of activation and support agents. In 2020, they took on the role of Customer Experience Manager at bnbfinder. Finally, in 2022, they started their current role as Support Manager at Union.
Beau Dawson attended Austin Community College from 2002 to 2002, where they studied General Studies but did not receive a degree.
