Paula D. Álvarez Neira is a seasoned communication professional with extensive experience in the non-profit sector. Currently serving as the Press Officer for the Federation of Rural Women's Associations (Fademur) since May 2018, Paula also holds the position of Communication Assistant Manager at the Union of Small Farmers and Ranchers (UPA) since April 2015. Paula's academic background includes a Master's degree in Management of Public and Private Fundraising for Non-Profit Organizations from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the same institution, obtained in 2015.
