Heidi Hansen is an experienced HR professional with a focus on talent management and organizational strategy. Currently serving as People Partner Lead and HR Business Partner at Unilever since November 2017, Heidi supports the Nordic Marketing organization by enhancing business performance and collaborating with leadership on functional strategy. Prior roles include Nordic Talent Advisor responsible for recruitment and employer branding across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, and various positions in executive search firms including Russell Reynolds Associates and Heidrick & Struggles, where Heidi conducted candidate research and presented findings. Heidi's educational background includes a Cand. Merc in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor degree from the same institution.
