George Harth

Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness at Unifocus

George Harth has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. George started their career as a Senior Manager at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in 1997, where they facilitated client teams in documenting demand planning processes and led global change management initiatives. From 1999 to 2001, they held the position of Director, Engineering and Industrial Solutions (PLM, PDM, CpC) Practice, North America at Atos Origin, where they transformed the SBU culture and increased revenue streams. George then joined Atos Origin Middle East/Saudi Aramco as the Change Management Team Lead from 2002 to 2005, where they designed and implemented a comprehensive change management methodology for SAP projects. From 2005 to 2008, they served as the Director of OCM and Professional Services, North America at Atos Origin, overseeing change management and communication projects. Following this, they worked as an independent contractor for Hanover Group, Ltd. from 2008 to 2010, providing services to Lockheed Martin, Optimal, and UniFocus. George then joined Capgemini as a Senior Manager for a brief period from 2010 to 2011. Before their current role, they worked as a Senior Principal at Infosys from 2011 to 2014. George is currently serving as the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at UniFocus since February 2014. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in change management, leadership, process optimization, and strategy development.

George Harth earned a BA in History (Honors) from The City College of New York.
