Sarah G. is an experienced researcher currently employed at the UN Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR) since May 2021, focusing on the intersection of technology and international security within the Conventional Arms and Ammunition Programme and the Security and Technology Programme. Prior to this, Sarah G. served as a Senior Analyst at RAND Europe from August 2015 to April 2021, where responsibilities included leading national security projects and managing research teams. Previous roles also include Analyst and Research Assistant positions at RAND Europe, emphasizing qualitative research and project management, as well as an internship at the Centre for Strategic Studies and a Project Assistant role at Shelter Centre. Sarah G. holds an MSc in Arab World Studies from Durham University and a BA in International Relations from the University of Sussex.
