Delia Strachinescu has a solid work experience, with their most recent role being Head of Corporate Affairs at UniCredit Bank Romania since April 2015. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Legal at Royal Bank of Scotland Plc Romania Branch from June 2014 to March 2015. Delia had an extensive tenure at RBS Bank (Romania) S.A. starting from April 2003 where they held the position of Team Leader General Advisory until May 2014. During their time at RBS Bank, they managed and trained a team, enhanced legal visibility within the country, and provided legal support for the retail project of the bank. Before joining RBS Bank, Delia worked as a Legal Advisor at the Bucharest Trade Registry from 2002 to 2003 and at the Ministry of Justice from 2001 to 2002.

Delia Strachinescu attended The Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest from 1997 to 2001, focusing on the field of Law.
