Grace Kim has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Grace began their career in 1999 with roles in HR at Merck Korea and Lafarge Korea. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as a Sr. Business Consultant at various Executive Search Firms, including MRI Worldwide Korea. Grace then joined CareerCare in 2010 as a Sr. Consultant and Part Leader, where they stayed until 2015. In 2015, they joined Kelly Services as a Sr. Consultant, providing workforce solutions and staffing services. Grace's most recent position was with UnicoSearch, where they served as a Sr. Director of Top Talent Acquisition since 2016.

Grace Kim attended Daeil Foreign Language High School, where they studied French as their field of study. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in French Language and Literature at Yonsei University. Additionally, Grace had the opportunity to further their education as an exchange student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
