Kathy Hoyt is the Co Founder & CEO at Una Touch, a position they have held since December 2018. Prior to this, they were a Career Consultant at HeartFire Consulting Services from January 2009 to December 2018. Kathy has also worked as a Fuse Creativity Consulting. In their current role, Kathy is responsible for leading the Una Touch team and overseeing all aspects of the business. Kathy is passionate about helping others achieve their career goals and is dedicated to their work at Una Touch.

After completing their undergraduate degree at Washington State University, Kathy Hoyt earned their M.S. in Animal Behavior and Ethology from the University of Georgia-Athens. Kathy then went on to earn their PhD in Developmental and Environmental Psychology from the University of California, Davis. After working in the field for a number of years, Hoyt decided to return to school to earn their PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University. Kathy is now a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Oregon.
