The leaders of Una Touch have a long and varied history in many different industries. They have worked as career consultants, psychologists, creativity consultants, professional speakers, and design engineers. They have also been involved in founding and running a number of businesses. They hold degrees from some of the top universities in the country, including the University of California, Davis, Pacific University, and Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
