Sarah Marchildon is an experienced communications professional with a strong focus on climate change, currently serving as a Communications Officer at UN Climate Change since March 2012. In this role, Sarah engages in a range of communications activities, including strategic communications, media relations, crisis communications, and social media management, and hosts the organization's flagship podcast, 'It's Possible.' Previous positions include leading the UN Global Climate Action Awards team and serving as a Communications Specialist for the same awards, as well as roles at the David Suzuki Foundation and Kyoto University. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Environmental Management from Kyoto University and a Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University.
