Benjamin Leroux is a seasoned project manager currently guiding innovation at UMI since December 2022. Prior to this role, Benjamin served as Directeur de production at GourmetDelight for nine years, overseeing food production, enhancing production efficiency, and managing quality and food safety standards. Benjamin's earlier experience includes serving as Chef d’équipe de production at Flavor N Fusion, where responsibilities encompassed team management, production quality oversight, and process optimization. Benjamin holds a Master's degree in Production Management from KEDGE Business School, earned in June 2005.
