Brenda Feliciano has extensive experience in customer service and healthcare administration, currently working as a customer service worker at A New Leaf since June 2021. Brenda has also been a distributor for Young Living Essential Oils since June 2015. Previous roles include working as a front office supervisor and referral coordinator at Good Year's Family Medicine, a surgery scheduler at Scottsdale OB GYN and IMS Urology, and a patient financial representative at Banner Health. Brenda’s background in scheduling surgeries, verifying benefits, and assisting patients is complemented by a Medical Assisting Diploma obtained from Arizona College of Nursing between 2012 and 2013.
