Scott Coggins is an experienced real estate development professional currently serving as the Vice President of Development at Ulysses Development Group since February 2024. Previously, Scott held the position of Senior Vice President at Silver Street Development Corporation from August 2014. Earlier roles include Vice President at Boston Financial Investment Management from May 2010 to July 2014, Vice President at Bank of America from September 2008 to May 2010, and Vice President at MMA Financial from November 2003 to September 2008.
