Indu Ramakrishnan Nair currently serves as the Senior Program Manager Operations PMO and Head of Human Resources at UL Technology Solutions since December 2022. Prior to this role, Indu was a Program Manager at McLaren Strategic Ventures from December 2020 to November 2022. Indu founded and directed Parivartan Corporate Training Academy from April 2013 to November 2020, while also serving as a corporate coach and mentor. Indu's earlier experience includes a tenure as a Senior Program Manager in Innovation at UST Global, where responsibilities included managing innovation programs, organizing events, and developing business proposals, in addition to roles as a software engineer. Indu holds a degree in SHRM from the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam and completed secondary education at Presentation Higher Secondary School, Calicut from 1988 to 1998.
