Rajendar Kumar has worked for Unnati since 2022, where they are currently Head-Agri Input Business. Prior to this, they were DGM-Sales & Marketing at Sulphur Mills Ltd from 2019-2022, Industry Lead- Agribusiness and Supply Chain at Acxiom Consulting Private Ltd from 2017-2019, and held several roles at Tata Chemicals from 2008-2017, including Manager- Pesticide Alliance Business, Manager- Branding & Communication, Assistant/Deputy Manager Sales & Marketing, and Management Trainee.

Rajendar Kumar has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Agribusinee Management from the Institute of Agribusiness Management, Bikaner, which they obtained between 2006 and 2008. Prior to this, they obtained a BSc Agriculture (Hons) from Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner between 2002 and 2006. Rajendar also obtained a Higher Secondary from Seth G L Bihani School between 2000 and 2002. In addition, Rajendar Kumar has obtained two certifications, Writing a Business Case from LinkedIn in May 2022, and Writing a Marketing Plan from LinkedIn in October 2018.
