Mike Burns has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike began their career as a Conference & Banqueting Assistant at Ramada Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield from August 2010 to April 2011. Mike then worked as a Bartender at The Belfry Hotel & Resort from May 2012 to July 2013, followed by a Bartender role at The Cock Inn from January 2015 to September 2017.

In 2011, Mike also pursued their passion for music as a Music Producer/DJ at TRU Concept, where they worked until September 2019. During this time, they gained valuable experience in the music industry.

In 2018, Mike joined Virgin EMI Records as a Marketing Intern and worked until September 2019. This internship helped him develop their marketing skills and gain insights into the music industry.

From September 2019 to January 2022, Mike worked at Ultra Records as a UK Marketing Manager. In this role, they product-managed multiple acts from the Ultra Records roster, coordinated various marketing and promotion activities, and worked with renowned artists.
