Frank Fortunato is an experienced data architecture and engineering professional with a strong background in developing and implementing data solutions across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Data Architecture at Ultra Mobile since October 2023, Frank previously held the position of VP of Data Engineering at Ascent Funding, where responsibilities included directing the data engineering practice and building core loan origination processes using AWS and Python. Prior roles include AVP of Data Solutions at Zovio, where Frank utilized machine learning to enhance student retention, and Director of Business Intelligence at Cricket Communications, where Frank implemented a data lake utilizing Hadoop and SQL Server. Frank's career began with roles in systems analysis and IT development, supported by a BS in Computer Science from Shippensburg University and an MBA in Management Information Systems from Ashford University.
