Alfred Regis has a long and varied work experience. Alfred started their career at Intel Corporation, where they held multiple roles including Equipment Engineer, Process Engineer, Operation Manager, Equipment/Operation Shift Manager, and HPM Program Manager. Alfred managed SMT development line, Mechanics, and FA LAB for Motherboard and Wireless LAN. In 2015, they joined Stoppani Asia Sdn. Bhd. as the Head of Engineering Department, overseeing the Design Engineering, NPI, Process Engineering, and Mechanical Assembly teams. Alfred then moved on to Kemikon in 2018 as the Factory Manager. Currently, they are working as the Senior Operations Manager at Ultra Clean Technology, starting in December 2021. These experiences demonstrate their expertise in engineering, operations, and management roles.

Alfred Regis attended the University of South Australia from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Management.
