Ron Thomas is a Senior Project Manager with experience in wetland delineations, mitigation design, regulatory coordination, and threatened/endangered species surveys. Prior to their current role, Ron was the Owner of Redwing Ecological Services, Inc., where Ron worked on various environmental projects for a wide range of clients. Ron also served as a Principal Ecologist at Law Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc., conducting wetland delineations, species surveys, and environmental assessments. Ron earned their MS in Biology/Ecology from James Madison University.
