Sven Flory serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Ultima Capital and Ultima Collection since January 2024, overseeing ultra-luxury private villas, residences, and hotels across Europe. Previously, Sven held key leadership roles at The Bürgenstock Collection - Katara Hospitality Switzerland AG from 2021 to 2023, including Vice President Sales & Partnerships, contributing to the success of several deluxe hotel properties in Switzerland. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Director of Sales & Marketing at Bürgenstock Hotels & Resort Lake Lucerne, where Sven enhanced sales strategies and brand presence. Additional positions at Giardino Hotels, The Chedi Andermatt, and Art Deco Hotel Montana have further solidified expertise in business development and sales management within the hospitality sector. Sven holds a prestigious degree in Hotel Revenue Management from Cornell University and a Dipl. Hôtelier-Restaurateur HF from SHL Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern.
