James Poole is an experienced IT professional with a demonstrated history in IT support and network management. Currently serving as IT Support Manager at Roadchef since September 2016, James previously held the position of IT Technical Support Analyst. Prior experience includes working as an Infrastructure and Networking Consultant at ADAS from December 2007 to September 2016, where responsibilities included monitoring the health of the IT Communications network and supporting network infrastructure and security. James also served as IT Support Supervisor at Smestow School and as an IT Technician. Earlier career roles include Customer Service Representative at J&L Industrial Supply. James holds a BSC Hons in IT from the University of Wolverhampton and an NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service from Dudley College.
