Annette Weston is a seasoned design and events professional with extensive experience in brand strategy and creative marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Design and Events at Smoove since January 2017, Annette has successfully re-branded the organization and implemented strategies that significantly reduced event costs while enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving an uplift in business instructions. Previous roles include Design Manager at Learning Enterprises Organisation Ltd and Graphic Designer at Ashridge Executive Education, where Annette contributed to brand identity projects and efficient design processes. Annette’s career began at Tandy Limited, progressing through various design roles and eventually establishing a digital print company. Annette holds degrees in Surface Decoration and Art and Design from esteemed institutions, complemented by foundational education in the arts and sciences.
