Sidi Gomes has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Sidi started their career as an Architecture Designer at Office dA in 2006. Sidi then went on to work at Barkow Leibinger Architekten in 2007, where they focused on material research and participated in design projects, including the Frankfurt Pavilion. In 2008, they joined Herzog & de Meuron as an Architecture Designer, where they contributed to the design of a three-tower apartment housing complex in London. In 2009, Sidi worked at the Guggenheim Museum as a Designer, creating animations for the Baghdad Opera project. Sidi also worked as a Media Coordinator at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, where they taught various media-related subjects and assisted with architecture studio work. In the same year, they founded ParallelCities.com, a community building platform, and served as the CEO and Founder until 2014. Sidi then joined Tanbra as the Chief Creative Director and Co-Founder from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they worked on developing creative strategies. In 2011, Sidi took on the role of Director of Architecture and Design at the Cambridge Innovation Center, overseeing architectural design and managing the growth of the coworking community. Sidi also served as a C3 Curator and successfully expanded the community. Throughout their career, Sidi has demonstrated their strong skills in architecture design, media coordination, and project management.
Sidi Gomes completed a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Fine Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, studying from 2001 to 2005. Subsequently, Sidi pursued a Master's degree in Architecture (M.Arch I) from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, attending from 2005 to 2009.
