Sergey Zhurakovsky is an experienced telecommunications professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Укртелеком since August 2015, Sergey has held various leadership roles, including Department Manager at Farlep-Invest (Vega Telecommunications Group) from September 2008 to February 2015, and CTO, CEO in charge at MMDS Ukraine for a brief period in 2008. Previously, Sergey worked at Golden Telecom as a Department Manager and Project Manager from January 2005 to January 2008, and held the position of Deputy Director of the Telecommunication Systems Department at Bankomzvjazok JSC from July 2001 to January 2005. Early career roles include Technical Director at Ukrtechcommunication, and various engineering positions at Ukrainian Mobile Communications and the Kiev Long-distance telephone exchange. Sergey holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications from Ryazan State Radiotechnical University, obtained between 1974 and 1979.
