Hanna Elsa has a diverse work experience starting from 2018. Hanna worked as an Internship Trainee at Varghese Mathew and Associates, Chartered Accountants, from December 2018 to January 2019. Hanna then served as the Co Editor at The Yearbook Team, St. Stephen's College, from July 2018 to May 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Finance Intern at Make Me Builder from January to April, and as a Content Writer & Team Head at Yellow Club from May to September. In 2022, they served as an Admissions Fellow at Esade from February to July. Additionally, in the same year, they interned as a Finance & Operations Intern at Awaait Artificial Intelligence from June to July. Hanna also worked as a Research Intern at IdeaBoosterLab ES, where they contributed to research experimentation and data analysis from May to August. In 2022, they took on the role of a Corporate Finance Teaching Assistant at Esade from September to March 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Junior Finance Customer Experience Specialist at Ukio starting from May 2023. Throughout their work experience, Hanna has showcased their skills in finance, operations, teaching assistance, admissions, and research.

Hanna Elsa pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi, from 2016 to 2019. Following this, they enrolled at Esade for their Master of Science (MS) in Finance from 2020 to 2021, and then continued further to complete their Master of Science (MS) in International Management from 2021 to 2022.
