Ankita Datta is a Senior Technical Engineer at UKG since May 2024, providing expert-level technical support to customers via Salesforce. Previously, Ankita worked at PeopleStrong from July 2021 to April 2024 in various roles, including Functional Consultant and Project Implementation Specialist, where customized human capital management strategies were developed and implemented for clients, along with analyzing current processes for improvement. Ankita also has experience as an HCM Consultant trainee, focusing on identifying business requirements and mapping them to the PeopleStrong application. Education includes a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (2024-2026) and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Chandigarh Engineering College (2017-2021).
