Keren Shaw is an experienced professional in merchandising and operations management with a strong background in the retail and food sectors. Currently serving as the UKG Merchandising Operations Manager at UK Greetings since June 2022, Keren drives operations for a leading publisher and manufacturer in the greetings industry. Prior experience includes the role of Operations Director at CRIMPLE, overseeing the launch of a new food hall and event space, and Managing Director at Weetons Food Hall, where Keren was responsible for full P&L accountability and the implementation of various growth initiatives. Keren's career also includes significant positions at Waitrose & Partners, where various store management roles focused on acquisitions and new store openings. Keren began the professional journey as a Merchandiser and New Store Operations Assistant at Images & Editions after earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Birmingham.
