Francis Bedel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the railway and technology sectors. As Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the UIC - International Union of Railways since 2015, Francis Bedel plays a pivotal role in shaping digital strategies for the organization. Additionally, since February 2019, Francis Bedel has served as President of CLJT Centre du Logement des Jeunes Travailleurs, Etudiants et Stagiaires.
