George Lule is a seasoned professional in monitoring and evaluation, currently serving as a Domestic Taxes Officer at the Uganda Revenue Authority since August 2020. Previous roles include Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator at Population Services International from January 2019 to April 2020, and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at PACE from September 2017 to December 2018. George also held positions as a Data Management Supervisor and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Population Services International between March 2016 and August 2017, along with serving as Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and Data Supervisor at AIDS Information Centre Uganda from January 2012 to March 2016. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute completed in 2017 and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Economics from Kyambogo University, earned in 2011.
