Robert C. "Robie" Vaughn serves as the Managing Member of Vaughn Capital Partners, LLC, and has previously held the position of Commissioner at the Texas Department of Transportation. Vaughn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Austin, where education was completed between 1974 and 1978. Earlier education was received at Culver Academies from 1971 to 1974.
