Lisa Connaughton, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Uftring Auto Group since October 2008, where responsibilities include managing staffing, employee compensation, benefits, training, and labor relations. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist, focusing on candidate interviews, new hire orientations, and EEO1 reporting. Previously, Lisa worked as the District Secretary for Central School District #51 from August 1998 to October 2008, assisting the Superintendent and managing administrative tasks. Earlier work involved a role as Claims Manager Associate at Liberty Mutual Insurance from 1993 to 1998, overseeing commercial auto, liability, and worker's compensation claims.
