Charles Frémont

Innovation Hub Manager at UEFA

Charles Frémont's work experience begins in 2009 as a Sales Representative for Tennis Canada, where they sold tickets for the 2009 Rogers Cup. From 2006 to 2010, they also worked as a Customer Service Representative for the Canadiens de Montréal. In 2011, they worked as a Lawyer and later as an Intern at Pasquin Viens S.e.n.c.r.l. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Legal Advisor for Bombardier Transportation Americas. Starting in 2015, Charles worked as a Project Manager for Burson Cohn & Wolfe - sports practice, providing consulting services to sports organizations. Charles then transitioned to roles at Paris&Co, including Director and Head of Incubation at Le Tremplin, an innovation platform for sports startups in Paris. At Le Tremplin, they mentored over 100 startups and helped them raise over 175M€, generate 25M€ in revenue, and create over 700 jobs. In 2021, Charles joined UEFA as the Innovation Hub Manager, overseeing collaborations and partnerships to support UEFA in adapting to changes in the football industry and delivering their strategy.

Charles Frémont's education history is as follows:

From 2014 to 2015, they attended FIFA Master - International MA in Management, Law and Humanities of Sport, where they obtained a degree in FIFA Master with a focus on Sports Management.

In 2011, they attended École du Barreau du Québec for professional training courses.

In 2010, they spent a semester at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) as an exchange student, studying French law.

From 2007 to 2010, they studied at Université de Montréal, earning an LL.B. degree in law.

From 2005 to 2007, they attended Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf, where they obtained a Baccalauréat international (BI) degree with a specialization in Economics.

In addition to their formal education, Charles Frémont also holds a certification in "Formation socle Codesign et Facilitation" obtained in December 2022 from Codesign-it.
